Habs and Jobs

It’s a beautiful day,

crisp and blue,

perfect,

fall day.

Tonight my Habs,

play,

their season opener,

my cap is laundered and ready to wear:-)

in Toronto,

against the Maple Leafs,

Go Habs Go!!

Should be a tough game,

the Leafs always,

play tough,

against Montreal,

they can’t seem to beat,

anyone else,

but,

our team,

they play like it’s,

game 7 in the final,

national rivalry,

I guess,

playing to prove,

their superiority,

to prove,

their status,

as Canada’s Team.

Should be a hell of a game:-)

Sad news,

yesterday,

Steve Jobs,

one of the founders of Apple,

a man who contributed,

greatly to changing,

the world as we knew it,

died.

RIP Steve,

you changed the world,

and lived,

your dream,

how many can say that.

Later girls,

BB

I am a bookish butch in my mid early fifties. I live in Montréal and always have. I used to run a small used bookstore. Reading keeps me sane. My latest jiggie is photography, book project in the works, living the dream

  1. BB: good luck with the hockey thing….. it is a sad day to lose the mind of Steve Jobs.. we need more like him… I DO wish there was a female equivalent. Anyway…off to the library đŸ˜‰

  2. I think I got some good stuff at the library: a book about John Cage, Anais Nin, Duchamp, O’Keefe, and the book, The Secret Life of Pronouns. I love the library.

  3. Sounds good-heavy on art, the library is one of my favourite places. I’m going on Sunday and I’m going to take out Norman Maclaren’s
    A River Runs Through It.
