A little Sunday night, levity:-)

Guess what girls?

It was cold again:-)

but,

I had,

a really good day,

went out with my ex,

friend extraordinaire,

ran some errands,

she has a car,

I don’t,

what would I do with a car, I don’t drive!!

After errands we,

had a nice dinner,

and watched,

some football,

the Ravens and Niners,

both lost,

sniff,

BB loves an underdog,

But,

still,

we had a good time.

The ex makes these,

delicious low fat,

fajitas,

oh yeah:-)

She gave me a present.

You see,

a few months ago,

my stereo died,

and,

I have been sort of,

tuneless,

since,

but,

today I got,

a Zune!

Zune,

was microsoft’s answer,

to Apple’s Ipod,

apparently,

it wasn’t,

a big success,

me?

I couldn’t care less,

it plays very well,

has a whole bunch,

of music,

already loaded into it,

and,

it was free:-)

A very thoughtful gift.

BB,

is one happy butch.

Now,

all I have to do,

is figure out,

how to load,

new stuff,

and,

learn,

how to use my new,

digital camera,

who knows,

I may join the,

21 st century,

yet

<wink>

Some of the music,

on this little gadget,

has been taking,

me down,

memory lane,

a few ‘albums’

used to be part,

of our mutual,

music collection,

Supertramp,

Queen,

The Big Chill Soundtrack,

and,

a personal fave,

Chris De Burgh.

It goes without saying,

before,

The Lady In Red

<gasp>

I saw,

Chris De Burgh,

at the Old Montreal Forum,

way,

way,

back,

in the eighties

<wince>

I was a kid,

it was fabulous,

Spanish Train,

Spaceman Came Travelling,

and,

my personal fave,

Patricia The Stripper:-)

So,

in the spirit,

of needing,

fun,

and,

maybe,

yes,

a little bit,

of,

raunch,

it being January,

and all,

for you my girls,

Patricia The Stripper:

Dennis is a menace With his “Anyone for tennis?” And he’d beseech me to come keep the score And Maude said, “Oh Lord, I’m so terribly bored” I really can’t stand it anymore…
I’m going…out to dinner With a gorgeous singer To a little place I found Down by the key
Her name is Patricia She calls herself delicia And the reason isn’t Very hard to see
She said, God made her a sinner Just to keep fat men thinner As they tumble down in heaps Before her feet
They hang around in groups Like battle weary troops One can often see them Queue right down the street
You see, Patricia Or Delicia Not only is a singer She also removes all her clothing
For Patricia Is the best stripper in town…
And with a swing of her hips She started to strip To tremendous applause She took of her drawers
And with a lick of her lips She undid all her clips And threw it all in the air And everybody stared
And as the last piece of clothing Fell to the floor The police were banging on the door On a Saturday night In 1924
Take it away boys…
Well, Patricia was arrested And everyone detested The terrible manner in which she was exposed
Later on in court where everyone thought A summer’s run in jail would be proposed..
But the judge said Patricia Or may I say Delicia The facts of this case lie before me (knock, knock, knock) Case dismissed… This girl was in her working clothes…
And with a swing of her hips She started to strip To tremendous applause She took of her drawers
And with a lick of her lips She undid all her clips Threw it all in the air And everybody stared
And as the last piece of clothing Fell to the floor The police were yelling out for more (more) On a Saturday night In 1924

đŸ™‚

Here’s wishing,

all of you,

a little raunch,

and,

levity,

on a cold Sunday night.

Later Girls,

BB

  1. Hey BB!
I’m glad that you had a good day…sorry that it’s still cold, but what else would it be in Canada in January? Here in TX? Warm! But then, it is almost always warm or hot in TX.

Congrats. on your Zune…I think:-) You now have a potential money making antique! As for adding more music to it…well, I don’t know…

I just (maybe a week ago) downloaded Queen’s greatest hits. The great thing about ipods and zunes and Sony’s mini disc players etc., is that they make it easier to become reacquainted with forgotten music.

Now. Get on with learning to use that digital camera because given Kodak’s demise, film is gone forever!

  2. I’m super happy about my gizmo. Admit, you want me to learn to use my camera
so I can post pictures of my boxers:-) kidding just kidding, couldn’t resist
    very good mood:-)
