Looking forward

It’s a damp day,

here in the city,

apparently,

we are going to get,

mid twenties and some wind,

should be pleasant.

Today is a regular,

work day,

for me,

and this evening,

I’m going for dinner,

at my ex mother in law’s.

her sister and brother in law,

are visiting from Maine,

delightful people,

I’m very fond of them.

Uncle J,

is an old fashioned,

southern gentleman.

Warm, charming,

and,

he has some of,

the best stories,

ever.

He’s a retired,

air force master chief,

he’s been,

all over the world,

and has stories,

about places,

as diverse as,

Thailand,

Mexico,

and,

Labrador.

Also,

he tells the funniest stories,

about growing up,

in the St-Bernard projects,

of New Orleans,

he is a fountain of info,

about,

history,

and American politics.

Spending an evening,

in his,

their,

company,

is a treat,

so that’s the plan for,

this evening.

On Sunday,

I go to the library early,

afterwards,

well,

it’s a big deal,

I won’t talk about it,

it’s private.

But,

sometimes,

in life,

you have said,

all you can say,

you have done,

all you can do,

and,

then,

you,

gotta have,

Faith,

Believe:-)

So, this is a weekend,

of looking forward,

to a lovely evening,

with Uncle J and Aunt C,

as well as,

looking forward,

to the future.

Later girls,

BB
