This week’s heat crazed lessons

Hello girls,

hope you are all surviving the heat.

Here in Montreal,

and,

from what I have heard,

gleaned.

etc,

pretty much all over,

the North American continent,

it has been,

lethal,

lose your mind,

quasi homicidal,

hot.

The cold clears my thoughts,

the heat makes me crazy,

no moving south for me,

go north middle aged butch

yep,

I’ve been alternating,

between,

fuzzy,

aggressively pissed off,

woe is me,

‘life ain’t fair’

all that,

and more,

no joy in,

steambathville,

sigh.

But, like everything else,

the heat has moved on,

for now,

anyway.

Violent, glorious thunder showers,

swept it away,

in the midst of my angst,

and,

yes,

I admit,

fear about what comes,

next,

and,

my quasi paralytic state,

heat didn’t help there

I have decided to take,

mom’s advice,

poor mom, how she sometimes puts up with me I’ll never know

one thing at a time,

or as Hope would say,

Baby steps.

I’ve got to get my life back,

on track,

learn to walk,

all over again,

and,

I’m going to.

Slow and steady,

as is my way,

too bad I forget that,

sometimes,

I’m a power walker at best,

but,

mostly,

a ‘stroll down the street’ type,

when I imagine myself,

as a marathon runner,

even just imagine,

I fall on my face,

get hopelessly breathless,

and am raked with,

pain, cramps and fear,

and,

then,

I feel sorry for myself.

Some of this week’s,

wisdom,

via,

Pinterest,

Face Book,

Tumblr,

two of my all time favourite movies,

even,

my real live friends and family

đŸ™‚

Always Look on the Bright Side Of Life,

see Monty Python song

weather is weather,

it’s like business,

it’s not personal

Nope life isn’t always fair,

but,

again,

not personal,

ultimately,

shit happens,

and,

so abide,

have some milk,

go bowling,

maybe toss the,

Frisbee,

but honestly,

that’s been this week’s,

lessons

Later girls,

BB

**the movies are The Big Lebowski and Moonstruck**
