A quiet Sunday ahead

It’s Sunday,

it’s raining,

it’s quiet,

and,

the sidewalk sale,

is finito,

oh yeah,

BB is a,

happy camper.

I slept last night,

quite well,

before turning in,

I read part,

of a romance novel,

In Broad Daylight,

another gift,

BB is spoiled,

I like it,

the book,

and the spoiling:-)

The novel is about,

two older women,

well, if you consider late forties, early fifties older and I’m thinking lots of you do, it isn’t really, but, most romance novels are about women in their late twenties to late thirties.

I’m glad,

it’s not about,

two nubile,

buff,

ex-olympians,

‘real’ women,

can be interesting,

as well:-)

The plot is ambitious,

a story,

within a story,

I hope she pulls,

it off,

but,

so far it’s,

good.

I’m going to the library,

with Sylvain,

might grab,

a little lunch,

and come home,

early.

Mom and I,

are supposed to,

go see,

Shakespeare in the park,

Macbeth,

which I love,

in Westmount Park,

which is one of the,

nicest of our parks,

but,

with the rain,

I doubt we will.

It’s ok,

last part of,

John Adams,

tonight,

a top notch,

historical series,

with the delightful,

Laura Linney.

Well,

off to the library,

later girls,

BB

  1. What wonderful book are you reading about two “older” women? Please post the title. An “older” librarian would love to know. đŸ™‚

  2. The title is In Broad Daylight by Jane Vollbrecht, it’s not perfect but, is about two ‘older’ women as is Kim Baldwin’s Force Of Nature, well if you consider between 40 and 50
older, enjoy:-) Thanks for the visit and comment.
