It’s a cloudy day,
rain,
on and off,
I’ve had a,
great weekend.
Spent time,
alone,
and quiet,
and have managed,
to see friends,
all without,
rushing around,
at work.
So, this is what vacation feels like? I had forgotten:-)
Last night,
I had dinner,
with my ex,
damn,
she looks amazing,
so slim,
such willpower,
I’m proud of her,
it’s a major accomplishment,
loosing all that weight,
but,
you know she was always,
willful,
and,
strong,
and,
cute,
so no surprises,
but, still,
kuddos to her.
She must be beating the women off with sticks, metaphorically of course<wink>
She gave me,
a whole bunch,
of clothes,
won’t be needing to buy,
any shirts,
anytime,
soon.
Some of them,
are really funky looking,
BB,
is gonna be a hot,
old butch:-)
We had a lovely dinner,
and then we watched,
a movie,
we had both been,
looking forward to,
A Room In Rome,
I don’t know why,
naive I guess,
we both thought,
this would be,
a sexy, two women,
have an affair,
that changes their,
lives,
a sort of lesbian romance,
European style.

Wow,
what a disapointment
this movie is right up there,
in the worst movies,
of all time,
category
Pure,
unadulterated garbage.
Made us think,
Gasoline,
a really bad Italian dyke story,
we had seen years ago,
was pretty good,
it wasn’t!!
Think,
every straight male,
fantasy about,
what two women,
do in bed,
combined with,
stereotypes,
about butch and femme,
done by,
a hack,
I’m thinking,
Albanian,
not too swift film maker,
on a $2500,
budget,
and you would be close to,
how,
bad,
this movie was.
I mean no disrespect to Albanian filmakers, if such a person exists:-)
Now,
just to be clear,
I don’t mind a little bit,
of stereotyping,
and smut,
all in good fun,
I love Bound,
for instance,
have seen it several times,
but,
this movie isn’t fun.
It isn’t even titilating,
most of the movie,
the two women,
are naked,
and I didn’t even feel a twinge,
neither did the ex, I asked:-)
The acting??!!
is from the,
porn or horror,
school of thespianism,
so bad,
but,
the worst part?
The attempt at,
deep,
yuck,
in the hotel room,
there is a painting,
of a coucil of cardinals,
over the bed!!
the camera,
keeps,
panning to that,
sin anyone??
it reminded me,
of one of the cheesiest scenes of all time.
Change of Habit,
is an Elvis Presley movie,
Right there you should know, bad, very bad, ole El could really sing, an actor he wasn’t
Ok,
in Change Of Habit,
Mary Tyler Moore,
plays a nun,
and in the final scene,
where she is deciding,
will it be Elvis,
or the ‘lord’
the camera cuts from,
Elvis singing and looking all hip in a turtleneck,
to,
a close up of a giant,
appropraiately gaudy,
crucifix.
one of the worst and least subtle,
movie scenes,
I have ever seen,
and,
I’ve seen a few.
Change Of Habit,
is a good movie,
compared to Room In Rome.
The ex and I felt,
ripped off,
but,
we laughed,
I even offered to pay her the .75 cent late fee:-)
Girls,
if you see this movie,
don’t rent it,
if it offered to you free,
wash your hair,
instead.
