A first novel, a fresh voice

Good afternoon,

girls,

I hope you are all well.

I, myself,

have had,

a hell of a week,

it’s been ups and downs,

part of the learning curve,

dontcha know

🙂

Anyway,

let the year of the phoenix begin.

I stole that one from my friend Chris

I feel hopeful,

I feel lucid,

some very sore,

and,

bruised parts,

but,

the tissues are regenerating,

I don’t know if I will be fine,

but,

I do know,

I feel more me,

than I have in a while.

I am so lucky,

so much love,

so many wonderful people,

make up,

my past, my future and all together make up,

my present.

My life is blessed and interesting.

That sure ain’t nothing:-)

I have finished,

Jeff’s Book,

The Couch Sessions.

I don’t like to give ,

too much away,

as you know.

But,

let me say this,

a strong book.

A first novel,

with lots of heart,

lots of head,

lots of guts.

I liked it so much,

it is thought provoking,

and,

hopeful,

represents,

a point of view,

I had never considered.

First novels are possessors,

of great,

truth,

and,

joy.

This is an example,

of how much I enjoy them.

Jeff, a good guy,

smart,

funny,

earnest,

and thoughtful,

comes through,

very strongly in this,

it makes you re-examine,

your thought parameters.

It deals with,

depression,

loss,

the pain of living,

but,

it is sweet and full of joy.

I have never read anything like it.

I’m so glad I did,

and,

curious to know what others,

think,

as well.

I waited a while because,

I wanted to share the info,

on acquiring it.

This book,

is very Verdun,

to me,

and that means a lot to me,

I love my neighbourhood.

But, Brian(protagonist),

could live in any city,

neighbourhood,

he has truth and heart,

he thinks-

his thoughts are dark,

but,

he isn’t.

Lovely guy,

I wanted to hug him,

so many times.

Thanks Jeff,

for sharing,

what I consider, a work of originality, and, heart, with the world.

Check it out girls,

I believe this is the start,

of a more than,

promising,

career.

Imho

Later girls,

BB
