Rockin’ the scarves and Turtlenecks

Hello all,
hope you are all,
well and chipper.
My surgery is done.
Went as expected,
I have no pain,
slight discomfort,
that's it.
My surgeon,
a week off work,
that is what I am doing,
I will rest.
Naps, walks, good,
high protein,
high calcium food,
I will read,
I will write,
compile ideas,
rest up my body.
Surgery is hard,
on a body,
even a robustly,

I want to thank all,
of you,
for your well wishes,
positive energies,
been a big help.
As usual mom,
my friend, Helene,
have been there for me,
moral support,
listening to my,
My friends,
my love,
my family,
felt the warmth,
the concern.

Just so you all know,
I'm fine,
I will be rockin' scarves,
turtlenecks for the next few,
protect and hide,

garotte gash

It will get better.
In a few months,
it will barely show.

I am glad it's November,
Summer would have been,
more of a challenge,
to hide the scar.

Feeling fine

Catch you all,

Later, girls,

  1. Hope your recovery is going as planned, even better. The reading and writing and resting sounds quite lovely, actually. Although obviously a little less enjoyable when explored out of necessity. Take good care. đŸ™‚

  2. I am recovering very well, taking long walks, resting, eating healthy food, catching up on reading papers (arts news) and also watching you tube style videos(it’s a bit of an obsession of mine) feeling good stronger and stronger everyday. Thanks for the warm wishes
