Hanging on, hanging in

It’s a grey morning,

rainy Saturday,

I still have the mutant cold from Hell,

but….

it’s better, moving on out,

slowly,

hopefully,

Sunday and Monday off,

will help to finally,

do the sucker in,

it seems like one of the worst,

I’ve had in years,

but,

then again,

colds make you feel,

so,

miserable,

they always seem,

what’s the word?

Epic

🙂

I’m still working my way,

through,

Elizabeth Hay’s

Late Nights On Air,

life in the arctic,

a ‘southerner’s’ perspective,

I keep reading it,

haven’t even figured out,

if I like it,

I find it depressing,

rough choice,

the arctic,

doesn’t seem very forgiving,

but,

this book is from an outsiders,

point of view,

doesn’t have much in common,

with Ivan’s,

memories of the Yukon,

but,

then again,

I think Ivan is more,

pragmatic,

and,

romantic,

an irresistible combination.

I should finish by the weekend,

I’ll let you all know what I think,

then.

I haven’t given up,

says something,

I guess.

I hope you are all well,

and,

hopefully,

keeping mutant colds from Hell,

at bay.

😛

Later girls,

BB
