ramblings on heat and aging

It’s going to be,

one of those days,

a humid,

sweltering,

 day,

one that brings,

swamps,

to mind,

which is fine,

if you live,

near a swamp,

but,

I live in the city,

the deep recesses,

of a concrete jungle,

so,

one thing,

you can do,

give in,

and turn on,

the air conditioner.

I’m not crazy about,

air conditioning,

I don’t like,

the smell,

I don’t like,

the feeling,

of being trapped,

but,

between,

not breathing,

not sleeping,

and a little bit,

of a stifling effect,

stifling here I come:-)

I’ve just finished,

breakfast,

whole grain Cheerios,

with soy milk,

now you know,

I’m getting old:-)

I think about,

what I eat,

I consider,

cholesterol,

I count,

fruit,

and,

veggies,

to make sure,

I eat enough,

I read,

lists of ingredients.

I always did but, now I take them seriously:-)

taste and price,

are no longer

my only,

considerations.

I want,

to live longer,

and,

this is a sure sign,

of aging.

eighteen year olds,

don’t worry,

about,

how long,

they’ll live,

they’re going,

to live,

forever!!

But,

you know,

I’ve discovered,

I like soy mik,

in my cereal,

it’s sweet,

and,

delicious,

and apparently,

terrific,

for pre-meneposal symptoms,

not that I have those, I’m way to young for that:-)

Must be,

the effects of the heat,

and,

the coming of the full moon.

Well,

Later girl,

BB
