Pink Balls in the Village:-)

In Montreal we have,

a neighborhood,

we call,

The Village,

the Gay Village,

for the past,

two summers,

I think this is the third,

that part of,

Ste-Catherine street,

past Berri,

has been closed off,

to car circulation.

It’s fun,

you can walk,

down the middle,

of the street,

you can sit,

at a street side,

terrace,

and not be,

hindered by,

exhaust fumes.

This year,

they have,

this pretty,

installation,

suspended over the street,

pink balls,

five different,

shades of pink,

recycled,

lively,

lovely,

joyous,

and,

Gay.

I feel pretty, oh so pretty, I feel pretty and witty and gay:-)

Just wanted to show you all,

in case you’re thinking of,

visiting.

Later girls,

BB

  1. Now that it is legal for Everyone to get married in New York, I wonder if there will be pink balls strung across the street(s) in the Village:-)…Your street is definitely Pretty in Pink…
